These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Online Enablers Inc ("Online Enablers", "we", "us", or "our"), including our website at onlineenablers.com and all associated marketplace management, audit, and consulting services.
By submitting a form, making a payment, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms in full.
Online Enablers provides marketplace management and optimization services including but not limited to: Amazon listing optimization, Walmart Marketplace management, Shopify store management, PPC campaign management, A+ Content creation, inventory monitoring, and store audits.
The specific services delivered depend on the plan selected at signup. All plans are described on our pricing page at onlineenablers.com.
You may cancel your monthly plan at any time with 7 days' written notice sent to onlineenablers@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing period.

All content created by Online Enablers for your store (listing copy, A+ Content, images, reports) becomes your property upon full payment. We retain the right to reference the engagement as a case study (without disclosing confidential data) unless you request otherwise in writing.
Online Enablers makes no guarantees of specific revenue outcomes, sales volume, or ranking positions. Marketplace algorithms, competition, and external factors are outside our control. We guarantee completion of all deliverables as described in your plan. Our 30-day satisfaction commitment (as described on our website) is subject to the client implementing all recommended changes.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement. We will never share your account data, sales figures, or business information with third parties without your explicit written consent.
Online Enablers' total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid by the client in the 30 days prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits.
Online Enablers is not responsible for marketplace account suspensions, listing removals, or policy violations imposed by Amazon, Walmart, TikTok, Shopify, or any other platform. We follow each platform's guidelines, but final enforcement decisions rest solely with those platforms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
