- Contact Information: Name, email address, and phone number collected through free audit requests, contact forms, and account signup.
- Business Information: ASIN numbers, brand name, and marketplace account details collected during onboarding.
- Amazon Seller Data (via Amazon's Selling Partner API): When you connect your Amazon Seller Central account through Amazon's official SP-API authorization flow, we access only the data needed to provide the services you've engaged us for: order details, listings, inventory and pricing data, and seller account identifiers. We do not request or access Amazon buyer personal information beyond what Amazon's API returns for order fulfillment and support. Amazon seller data is used exclusively to provide our contracted services to you and is never used to build a separate product, train unrelated models, or benefit any other client, consistent with Amazon's Data Protection Policy.
- Technical Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and cookie data collected automatically during site use.
- Payment Information: Payment processing for subscriptions is handled by Authorize.Net, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store your full card number — Authorize.Net tokenizes and stores payment credentials on our behalf.
- Communications: Messages and support requests submitted through the seller hub.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To provide and continuously improve our marketplace management services
- To send account notifications, performance reports, and service updates
- To respond to inquiries and provide customer support
- To process subscription payments via Authorize.Net
- To comply with applicable legal obligations
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Authorize.Net: For subscription payment processing
- Amazon, Walmart, Shopify: As required to manage your marketplace accounts on your behalf, via each platform's official API authorization
- Cloud Hosting Providers: For secure data storage and service infrastructure
We never share your business data, brand details, Amazon seller data, or account information with competitors.
5. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
California residents have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):
- Right to Know: You may request disclosure of the personal information we have collected about you, including the categories, sources, purposes, and third parties with whom it is shared.
- Right to Delete: You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions.
- Right to Opt-Out: We do not sell personal information. No opt-out is required.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: Exercising your CCPA rights will not result in denial of services, different prices, or lower quality of service.

- If your account is deactivated, we retain your data for 90 days before it becomes eligible for deletion, giving you a window to reactivate if the deactivation was made in error or reversed. After that window, data eligible for deletion is not retained indefinitely.
- You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us or through the account deletion option in your client portal settings.
10. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
